There are instances when we may have to make substitutions when designing arrangements. Rest assured we always do our best to get as close to the original design as possible and err on the side of upgrading the value of the arrangement when substitutions are required. We deliver to the 85365 area, but due to it's vast territory some locations might incur additional delivery fees. These locations include MCAS, Yuma Proving Ground, Dome Valley, Wellton and Bard.
We can try to accommodate a specific delivery window, but we cannot guarantee timed deliveries. If you are adding a delivery window or specific delivery time in the "special instructions" please note that we will use this as a suggestion only and it WILL NOT be guaranteed. The only exceptions will be for funeral services and events planned in advance.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

This being the very unfortunate first time I have had to place an order for sympathy flowers, I was operating in the unknown. However, fortunately I was able to call All Seasons Florist and ask all the questions I needed to clarify. Keri was extremely helpful, understanding and patient. I was able to place the order the day before the event and felt very comfortable leaving the delivery in their hands. Keri informed me she would call the facility where the flowers were to be delivered and confirmed the time of the event and best time for the delivery. When I arrived at the even I was very pleased to see the elegant arrangement with my exact requests full filled. Thank you Keri and All Seasons Florist!
