There are instances when we may have to make substitutions when designing arrangements. Rest assured we always do our best to get as close to the original design as possible and err on the side of upgrading the value of the arrangement when substitutions are required. We deliver to the 85365 area, but due to it's vast territory some locations might incur additional delivery fees. These locations include MCAS, Yuma Proving Ground, Dome Valley, Wellton and Bard.
We can try to accommodate a specific delivery window, but we cannot guarantee timed deliveries. If you are adding a delivery window or specific delivery time in the "special instructions" please note that we will use this as a suggestion only and it WILL NOT be guaranteed. The only exceptions will be for funeral services and events planned in advance.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Thank you so very much for putting in the extra effort to deliver flowers to my mother on her birthday (July 11). She didn't answer the door, so you called me. After a short chat, your delivery person went back to my mom's home, tried again, and was able to contact her. My mom LOVES her roses, and I very much appreciate all the efforts everyone made to get them to her. I've ordered flowers from All Seasons several times now to be delivered to her, and you always do an outstanding job. I'll definitely continue using your company.
